Brian K Hatcher
Brian Hatcher began his career in hospitality in 1987 where he began his first job at a family restaurant in Bridgton, Mo as a busser, cook and server. Hatcher contributes this experience as the catalyst for his hospitality career. After high school, Hatcher attended college in Tulsa Oklahoma. Hatcher worked for Brinker’s Restaurants until 1991, when he paused his studies to serve in the US Navy during Operation Desert Storm. While serving in the Navy he earned several commendations before leaving active duty, Hatcher would in the Naval Reserves until 2001.
After returning from active duty to Missouri, Hatcher served as General Manager at Ponderosa Steak House. Hatcher managed a total of 5 locations in the Bridgeton Missouri and Collinsville, IL area. Hatcher obtained a BS in Aviation Science. Upon receiving his degree, he accepted a position at Amerisuites as a night auditor and soon after was promoted to Regional Taskforce General Manager and General Manager of Amerisuites Hotel in Topeka, KS.
To date, Hatcher has served as General Manager of several brands of hotels, such as, Amerisuites, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hilton Garden inn, and Adams Mark Hotels. In 2019 Hatcher launched “B Hatcher Capital” to offer the next generation hospitality products to underserved entrepreneurs and communities. The products and services BHC provide include capital consultation and management to potential hotel and restaurant entrepreneurs seeking financial investors and support.
