The BHC investment platform is explicitly designed to own and operate Small, medium and large-sized single and multifamily Properties. By bringing the core acquisition, financing and operating teams under a single investment umbrella, BHC maximizes operational revenue, increases returns, and reduces investment risk.
Alongside our partners we evaluate both single-asset and portfolio transactions. We target properties in the continental U.S., located in a select subset of primary and secondary markets where its is not only profitable but allows for community interaction engagement and improvement. BHC targets Real estate which can be acquired without the encumbrance of management contracts.
BHC and its operating partners also have specific experience in all property types; branded and independent. Our investment platform is able to take advantage of certain attractive investment opportunities in this space.
On a select basis, BHC will consider investments into existing properties that require fresh capital for acquisition or re-capitalization. In such instances, we are willing to work with third party sponsors investors and operators subject to the implementation of proper safeguards around our investment capital.
